Within the Contract Management solution, you have the ability to group all common types of contracts into lists for ease of access. Permissions can be set for each contract at a user level, allowing you to manage and restrict access, along with configuration tools which can be rapidly configured, enabling administrators to set validation rules and generate email workflows through a web interface.
Alerts can be set up for common tasks, including reviewing or renewing contracts so that no important deadlines are missed, with individual users having access to create their own recurring events, meeting invites and view all calendars, as well as the ability to sync the solution with Outlook and Gmail. Completed tasks and emails that are sent to Suppliers are recorded within the solution so you have an audit trail.
