There is the implementation process which can seem daunting at the outset, but we have highly skilled Project Delivery Consultants who will oversee the Implementation and work with a team of subject matter experts with specific experience in Procurement system implementations to help guide you through the ‘5 Stages of Implementation’.

We focus on your requirements, as one-size does not fit all, ensuring we collaborate with you throughout the process so you can tailor your internal processes and set expectations for your end-users. Additionally, we can support your Suppliers through an On Boarding process to ensure they are aligned to your goals.

The five stages of implementation...

Our team has experience of many implementations, from many different sectors and clients, so we work with you through the ‘five stages’ and ensure that these match your organisation’s process but also help guide you through the process as smoothly as possible.

During Discovery and Understanding, we will work with you to validate and understand your business requirements so we can complete the Project Planning and start on the Design and Build of your system.  Our project delivery team will create the necessary project documentation to provide the right direction for the project.  Once the system has been built, we will support you through Implementation from User Acceptance Testing through to Go Live.  The project delivery team will support you during the first few weeks of go live through to Project Closure, before handing you over to our Customer Support team. Implementation Services can support customers further with any new connection requirements for Suppliers, as well as with any additional modules which need to be set-up.
