We have a dedicated Supplier Team who can work with you so that you receive regular communications on any new developments at Science Warehouse which could benefit your business.

You will also have access to our Customer Support team who are on hand to respond to your every day and technical queries.

Our Support Team is based in the UK and are available at the times when you and your organisation are working, so can respond to any queries within your working hours. Our service desk application allows us to track all queries to ensure we get back to you as quickly as possible.

We also have specialist Supplier support teams helping you to maximise Buyer connections broaden your reach and expand your customer base. The Supplier team can assist you with adverts, help you with tagging and check that everything is working smoothly within the system.
